Hello! We are Jillian and Val!
Two women who came together through a mutual connection with a shared passion: supporting women in male-majority industries like snow and landscaping.
Our paths crossed over Zoom, and it quickly became clear that we both understood the challenges and isolation that come with being part of the 10% of women in these fields. Drawing on our own experiences, we saw an opportunity to build a space where women could find connection, encouragement, and the inspiration they needed to thrive.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to create supportive spaces where women in male-majority industries feel valued, empowered, and equipped to thrive. We exist to serve women who are seeking connection, inspiration, and growth opportunities. We also work alongside companies that are actively creating welcoming environments for women in the workplace, helping to shape a future where women are not just included but celebrated.
